Each client has its own unique characteristics, yet the structure of the process remains similar.
- Kick-off: Together, we define the problem and the outcomes you want to achieve.
- Active Mapping: Through interviews, document and data analysis, research into analogous case studies, and careful experiments, we develop a map of the challenge and its implications.
- Working Model: You decide which solutions you want to implement.

Development: We develop the resources, work plan, and set of practices needed to implement the chosen solution. We define the possible scenarios that may require changes in the chosen strategy.

Deliverable: We review the final product and begin implementation.

Implementation: Each process includes two follow-up consulting meetings to assess progress. If you wish, I can also work with you closely to support the implementation process.
